June 27, 2018: this morning the first edition of the Capri-Ercolano was presented, the marathon that opens the season of the crossings of the Capri-Naples in the Gulf of Naples.
The presentation press conference was held at the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Ercolano for an initiative that meets history.
Great enthusiasm for the initiative that will see the start of 37 athletes, divided between SOLO and RELAYS.
On this occasion the many initiatives of non-competitive competitions were unveiled. In addition to the Capri-Herculaneum, in fact, on July 13 there will also be the non-competitive Capri-Naples competition with 44 other athletes.
A total of 81 participants from 12 countries on 4 continents.

Capri-Ercolano/Napoli 2018

23 June 2018: Wednesday 27 the first Capri-Napoli 2018 crossing will be presented. The first non-competitive competition will arrive for the first time in Ercolano. A great novelty that will be presented at the Municipality of Herculaneum by placing a strong emphasis on a combination of sport / culture / tourism that the Gulf Marathon is able to exalt to the full.

June 17, 2018: at Castel Gandolfo the Italian championships were played over the distance of 25 km, the distance that, due to technical characteristics, more resembles the Capri-Naples.
